How long does shipping take to my country?
We ship door-to-door worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS Express. Transit times are typically 3 to 5 business days to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe, and 4 to 6 business days to Australia and Africa. All packages include full tracking and insurance.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For sample test orders, our MOQ is just 0.5kg (or 3 to 5 bundles/packs) so you can thoroughly test our hair quality, bleach resistance, and weft durability. For standard wholesale pricing tiers, MOQ starts from 2kg.
Can your raw hair be bleached to #60 platinum blonde?
Yes, 100%. Our raw Vietnamese single donor hair has full, healthy cuticles with zero chemical damage, allowing it to be bleached cleanly to level 10 platinum (#60 and #1001) while remaining silky, strong, and tangle-free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank wire transfers (T/T), Western Union, MoneyGram, and secure online payment methods. For regular salon partners, we offer flexible payment terms upon credit approval.
